Back to childhood

These recipes brought back memories of my childhood days.   Marie is one of the biscuits I eat when I was a small child.  A bowl of rice with Milo is my favorite snack or if ever I do not like the dish offered by my Mom I'll ask for this instead.  I never thought that it can be used for baking.  Especially, the Marie biscuits, which can be substituted to flour.  Well, both recipes are yummy.  I like the fact that the Marie biscuit can be steamed in my Happycall pan.

Milo Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

I found several recipes for Milo cupcakes but I only want to make a small batch so I followed the recipe from Small Small Baker.  For my case, I was only able to produce 6 medium sized muffins.  Here is the link to the recipe Easy Milo and Chocolate Muffins.

Steamed Marie Biscuits Cake

This is the first time I used my Happcall pan for steaming cakes.  The outcome was great!
I found the recipe from  I Love. I Cook. I Bake.  Here is the link to the recipe Steamed Marie Biscuit Cake.
